Cape Fear Regional Theatre

Well if you live in Fayetteville, NC, you have probably have heard of the Cape Fear Regional Theatre, or also known as CFRT. CFRT was created in 1962 by small actors under the leadership of Bo Thorp. CFRT has many plays and things for children to get involved in like the Best Christmas Pagent Ever(BCPE). BCPE is for kids and adults and had been around for up to 18 years. I have personally been in it three times. It is a great experience for kids to work with adults and make new friends around town. The production comes around christmas time to start off the season. Cape Fear Regional Theatre always has some thing going from trying out for a part in a play or taking a wrokshop to find your inner acting abilities. The theatre is a very friendly place filled with lots of friendly faces. This season the CFRT has the productions of The Full Monty, White Christmas, Peter Pan, The Member Of The Wedding,Six Dance Lessons in Six Weeks, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, and Les Miserables. CFRT is always welcoming new faces so if you are interested in viewing any of these productions please call or visting Cape Fear Regional Theatre located at 1209 Hay Street, (910)-323-4233, or visit the website www.cfrt.org.
